Through the use of sound therapy combined with intention we may begin to vibrate faster at a cellular or molecular level. This what is meant by "raise your frequency". The higher rate of vibration creates larger spaces between the cells, making us less dense, and allowing us to feel more peace in our daily lives.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound Healing, through various techniques and technologies, is the educated and conscious use of the energy of sound to reach identified goals and promote wellness in the human system – including the expansion of consciousness. Sound Healing is founded on the premise that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies. Science has proven that sound, or vibration, has a strong impact upon substance. For example, the study of Cymatics has shown how sound creates geometric patterns in matter. Dr. Emoto has proven that sound changes the molecular structure of water (we are made up of a large percentage of water!). However, more importantly, sound changes consciousness. Many ancient civilizations and modern indigenous cultures have used sound to heal and access higher levels of consciousness for thousands of years.
WHAT ARE CRYSTAL BOWLS?
Crystal singing bowls are traditionally white frosted bowls made from 99.992% pure crushed quartz and heated to about 4000 degrees in a centrifugal mold. They come in a variety of sizes, notes, and frequencies, correlating to different chakras or energy centers in the body. Played with a mallet around the rim, with consistent pressure and movement, beautiful, heavenly, sometimes cosmic sound waves are created.

My Journey With Sound
In 2010 during yoga teacher training, I participated in a life altering and expanding sound healing ceremony, where I felt my first true “out of body” experience. I could literally feel years of old baggage and stagnant energy melting away. Within the hour, I felt I had traveled for lifetimes and witnessed the purest of healing. I laughed, cried, and eventually was so light, that I was “floating” above the ground in my meditation. Bliss is the only way to truly explain the energy I felt.
I knew from that moment that this would be something I would hold space for as well.. it was my activation as a sound healing practitioner.
Within months, instruments of all sorts, and sound experiences flowed into my life. My beloved crystal bowls came to me, handed down. I am so grateful to be the keeper of the bowls I play for you. Blessed by several very sacred visionaries, I am a channel for the healing tones meant to be received by you.
